The first recording we did from Rowan’s parents house in Peoria. You can tell we are both excited to see each other again and get a chance to this “podcast thing”, but I think the conversation brings up a really important point. In life, it is important, vital actually, to “show up for yourself.” What that means and how it is accomplished for you as an individual is up to you… but it is REALLY important.
